• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is processed.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Returns Without a Provided Label

When returning items without a pre-issued label, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.You may use any shipping method of your choice, but we strongly recommend selecting a carrier that provides a tracking number. Please keep this tracking number for your records—Huaxia Treasures is not liable for lost packages sent via non-trackable shipping services.
